TradePage is a link-in-bio platform that helps UK tradespeople create professional public pages to receive quote requests from potential customers. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any agreement between tradespeople and their customers.

2. Eligibility

To use TradePage, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be based in the United Kingdom
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Have the authority to accept these Terms

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Display false certifications: Only display certifications you actually hold. Falsely claiming Gas Safe, NICEIC, or other certifications is illegal and grounds for immediate account termination.
• Provide misleading information: Your business name, services, and contact details must be accurate.
• Use the service for spam or abuse: Do not use TradePage to send unsolicited communications or for any unlawful purpose.
• Infringe intellectual property: Only upload images and content you have the right to use.
• Interfere with the service: Do not attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt TradePage.

5. Certifications Disclaimer

Important: Certification information displayed on trade pages is provided by the tradesperson. TradePage does not verify certifications or registration numbers. We provide links to official verification websites where available, but customers should always verify certifications directly with the relevant body (e.g., Gas Safe Register, NICEIC) before hiring a tradesperson.

6. Quote Requests

When customers submit quote requests through your page, you receive their contact information and job details. You are responsible for:

• Responding to quote requests in a timely and professional manner
• Handling customer data in accordance with UK GDPR
• Any agreement or work undertaken with the customer

TradePage is not responsible for the quality of work, disputes, or any agreement between you and your customers.

7. Content Ownership

• Your content: You retain ownership of the content you upload (images, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant TradePage a license to display it on your public page.
• Our service: TradePage, its design, and features are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform.

8. Free and Paid Tiers

TradePage offers a free tier with limited features. Paid subscriptions ("Pro") provide additional features as described on our pricing page.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TradePage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not responsible for lost business, missed quote requests, or any outcomes from using our service

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TradePage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination:

• Your public page will be removed
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any unused subscription time is non-refundable unless required by law

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of significant changes by email. Continued use of TradePage after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
